-Have you ever read any of the old Nancy Drew mysteries? They have been around for a long time, but they are quick, pretty easy reads that always have a fun mystery for Nancy and her pals to solve. And the good news is, if you like them, there are A LOT of books in the series, so you could be busy a long time. I think I read almost all of them the summer before I went to 7th grade. :)
8/29/08
We-We just started reading Escape from Memory by Margaret Peterson Haddixas a read aloud in my Literature skills class and it seems to be keeping students' attention very well!
5/1/08
-finished reading Crossing the Wire and am still reading WANTED! by Carolyn Cooney.
